Welcome to My Professional Portfolio

I am a technology and business leader with a strong background in setting up and growing Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Over the past 20 years, I have worked with startups, Fortune 500 companies, and multinational corporations to build high-performing teams, use advanced technology, and improve international operations, leading to a 30% increase in efficiency.

I started my journey with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, University of Bombay, and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. To stay updated with new technologies, I earned an M.Sc. in AI/ML from Liverpool John Moores University, UK, where I researched time series analysis for wastewater treatment systems. Throughout my career, I have combined this strong academic background with practical leadership in AI, cloud computing, and smart grid solutions.

I have led teams of over 200 engineers, ensuring round-the-clock development and smooth collaboration between global and offshore teams. My expertise includes systems integration, business process transformation, and large-scale software deployments for electric, gas, and water utilities. Additionally, my experience in entrepreneurship and startups has led to successful exits in data warehousing and SaaS, further enhancing my ability to build and optimize technology-driven organizations.

I am passionate about using AI, cloud solutions, and data-driven strategies to improve business performance and create sustainable, innovative technology solutions. Beyond engineering and operations, I actively promote collaborative work environments, mentor top talent, and drive strategic initiatives that help companies grow efficiently.

This portfolio highlights key projects, insights, and experiences from my career. I look forward to connecting, collaborating, and exploring innovative solutions together to drive success and growth for all stakeholders
