“In my 11+ years at HydroPoint, reporting to almost every senior staff member over that time, no other manager accelerated our HydroAnalytics team to become more efficient, support the internal workings of our business, and grow with new skills and tools better than Venki Ramachandran.

He led the hiring and development of interns and AI/ML software developers for the HydroAnalytics team, helping us build tools as part of our Insights App suite, which eliminated days of work each month across multiple departments, developed new practices and methods that served further automation, and allowed us to focus less on processing of data, and more on quality of the data and deliverables.

Under his supervision, we built no fewer than 7 web-based applications that are still in active use today and lifted our team out of using Excel-based tools, provided Customer Success new applications to handle alerts more efficiently, and support Finance with monthly reporting.
